These Terms & Conditions govern the Roxaco Roofing & Construction text messaging program (the "Program"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

When you opt in to the Program, Roxaco Roofing & Construction will send text messages related to your inquiry — including appointment confirmations, quote and estimate follow-ups, customer-care messages, and replies to your questions.

How to opt in

You can opt in by submitting your mobile number through a contact or quote-request form on roxacoroofing.com and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages, or by providing your number and consent during a phone call or in-person consultation.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Roxaco does not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Opt out — reply STOP

You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
