Fernando Rocha founded Roxaco to do roofing without the games so many homeowners run into: the padded change orders, the crews that vanish for a week, the driveway full of nails after the truck pulls away.
Over the last eleven-plus years, that meant learning every roof New England throws at you, from steep Colonials in Milford to flat commercial roofs in Providence and Hartford. Fernando still stands behind every estimate that leaves the office, and the name on the truck is the name of the person you can call.
